Synopsis: In 1999, two power hitting baseball players relived a moment of their idols, Roger Maris and Mickey Mantle. Sammy Sosa and Mark McGuire were on their way to achieve the MLB home run record. Five years later, one man tried to take their records away by saying that he has used steroids with both players by his side. Will steroids kill both or their careers and call them cheaters or will Mark and Sammy get away from this negative publicity?

This is an amazing take on baseball and the thoughts behind it. Crystals *61 was a true masterpiece but he made this movie very Oscar worthy. Paul Giamatti hit the gym and looks very well in shape in this movie as his performance is just unbelievable as Mark McGuire and Jamie Foxx is just as good as usual playing the Dominican Sammy Sosa. Marky and Sammy allows us to relive the home run race on 1999 and the court cases that Jose Canseco brought across these two great athletes. Marky and Sammy is just an amazing movie experience.
